Dan Lewis

O.D.

Dr. Lewis is a graduate of Western University’s College of Optometry. He has been involved in optometry and visual rehabilitative care since 2007. He was drawn into the field by the simple but profound changes that can be provided to a person with quality vision care.

Dr. Lewis grew up in the Phoenix area and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Computer Systems. He enjoys Arizona Coyotes hockey, books about history, and visiting Disneyland. He and his wife presently reside in Gilbert along with their two dogs.
